Book an Activity or Charter with us is very easy
....
Please
just send an email to us at
info@caribbeanfishingcharteradventures.com
with
the Title of the email stating "Booking" and then provide us
with the following information :-
Your Name.
Your Arrival & Departure Dates.
The Activity or Charter including the
Number of Participants.
Your preferred Date and Time you want to
book for.
Your Email Address.
Once we have received your
Booking Request we will schedule your
request and send you a Confirmation
email.Then
once you have received our Confirmation
Email specifying everything that we will
provide to you as well as the date and
the time that you are booked for. Please
check and make sure that we have all the
details correct and you only need to
contact us if we have made an error (we
are human too). Otherwise you have a
tentative and binding agreement as long
as we receive your payment in full at
least 48 hours (2 days)
before your scheduled activity or charter
is due to take place.
For any Bookings made with us
we Do Not
require any up front payments at the time
of booking.
But we do ask you to please
contact us upon your arrival to meet and
receive your payment as stated above at
least 48 hours prior.
Thank you.
Cancellation
Policy
If any boat charter is
cancelled because the port is closed by
the Port Captain then you will receive a
100% refund.
Once you have paid and
you cancel any activity or charter within
24 hours of the scheduled departure you
pay a 10% administrative processing fee.
No
shows or failure to cancel a
charter or activity will result in a 100%
charge.
